Can I return or exchange my ring?
We offer 30-day returns and size exchanges. Rings must be unworn to be eligible. Please review the returns page for the full instructions before sending your ring back.
How do I start a return or size exchange?
Visit our returns page to access the prepaid return label. Pack your ring securely and include your order number and a note stating whether you would like a refund, a different size or a different model.
When will my return be processed?
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the ring. For an update on an existing return, contact us with your order number.
What if my ring arrives damaged?

Natural variations in meteorite, wood grain and stone give each ring its own character. Patterns and inlay details can vary from the photographed piece.
How should I care for my ring?
